Getting Started: School Dashboard Overview
Welcome to your Provsy School Dashboard — your control center for managing everything in your school, all in one place. Watch the video above for a quick tour, or read on for a breakdown of each section. Header & Portal Status At the top of the dashboard you'll see your school name, the current academic year and term, and your portal status — so you always know your school is live and active. Notifications The bell icon is your notification center. Tap it to see everything that needs your attention — assessment approval requests from teachers, updates on your support tickets, and other important school alerts — the moment they happen. Teachers Card The Teachers card shows everyone on your teaching staff at a glance, along with their subjects. Click "View All Teachers" to manage them anytime. Assessments Card The Assessments card gives you a live breakdown of all exams and tests created across your school — with detailed reports just one click away. Approvals Card The Approvals card keeps you in control. Whenever a teacher submits an assessment for review, it lands here — so nothing reaches your students without your sign-off. Plan Status The Plan Status card tracks your subscription and quotas, so you always know exactly how many exams and tests you have left. Quick Workflows Quick Workflows put your most common tasks one click away — onboard a student, add a teacher, review approvals, or manage billing. School Insights School Insights shows your linked teacher accounts and gives you access to advanced school settings.
